As
with any project installed by Electranet, a team
would be assigned for the duration of the project. This ensures a high degree
of stability and avoids misunderstanding.
The
assigned project manager will work with the customer and will manage all essentials
of the network. The project manager will liaise with the site manager and any
allied trades to minimise risk and evade potential delays. This has at all times
been a major strength in our approach.
